Our Factory will have Chinese New Year Holidays on Feb. For custom-made order placed during this period, the shoes will be finished production on Mar.
All our items sold at our web store is custom-made item. For Custom-made items, production time has changed to take around 15 to 20 days and delivery time takes around 7 to 15 working days to arrive. The production time and delivery time may be subject to delay before and after long holidays like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter... The delivery time is just estimated but not guarantee. If buyers could not wait for the production time of the custom-made items, please do not purchase custom-made items and choose in stock items sold at our ebay store instead of the custom-made items.

We could not proceed your custom-made orders during this period. All of orders placed from 18 Dec 2009 to 3 Jan 2010 will be proceeded starting on 4 Jan 2010. Production time will be counted from the day on 4 Jan 2010.
If you have any enquiry, we will respond your message on around 4 Jan 2010.
Last day for placing before Christmas order is 13 Nov. For custom-made order placed after 12 Nov, buyers will receive the items after Christmas and New Year.
We offer lower additional shipping cost to upgrade the mail service to UPS or Hong Kong Speed Post (EMS). Please kindly contact us for details.
